Drive Information:

In this training program you will be learning basics of leading a convoy in the desert. Senior level and above members can join for the training.  There will be four training sessions under four marshals (Mitch, Thamir, Chinthaka, Rifnaz) in four different locations. Five main topics will be covered in this training.

1.      Advance dune reading

2.      Planning

3.      Navigation

4.      Leadership and Managing a convoy

5.      Handling an emergency

What to bring

1.      Proper phone mount

2.      Fully charge phone/Tab with Gaia premium installed

3.      Willingness to learn

Once you successfully completed all four training sessions, you can lead a convoy with a support from a marshal.  After 5 drives you can lead CO drives alone and will be promoted to Expert Level.
